1. Information We Collect

When you use Wireweave, we may collect the following information:

• Account information (email address, name)
• Usage data (API calls, feature usage)
• Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)

2. AI Agent Data (Wireweave v2.0)

When you use the AI agent (Generate, Improve, Chat) inside Wireweave, we additionally store the following so that you can revisit and continue your sessions:

• Your prompts (the text you send to the agent)
• Generated wireframe code (.wf source emitted by the model)
• Model responses (assistant messages, including reasoning summaries)
• Token usage (input/output token counts per call)
• Invocation timestamps

3. Retention

AI agent conversations and messages are retained for 30 days. After this period, the records are automatically anonymized (user identifiers stripped) or hard-deleted, depending on the field.

You can request immediate deletion at any time from the dashboard or the API. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send important updates about our service
• Improve our products and user experience

5. Third-Party Sharing

To generate AI responses, the Wireweave agent harness forwards your prompts to external Large Language Model (LLM) providers (for example, OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). These providers process your prompt under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete individual conversations or all agent history at once
• Export your agent data as JSON
• Withdraw your consent to AI data storage at any time (opt-out)
• Opt out of marketing communications

7. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, which provides enterprise-grade security measures.
